Another great tool, lipsum provide Dummy text to designer’s and Coder’s to fill areas on websites/designs to make the template look more live and complete.
Codedpreview.com
A fairly new application but its publicity throughout web communities has helped this website grow at a tremendous rate. Codedpreview allows a user to display a html based preview of what there website might look like coded.
Blueprintcss.org
Blueprint is a CSS framework, which aims to cut down on your development time. It gives you a solid foundation to build your project on top of, with an easy-to-use grid, sensible typography, useful plugins, and even a stylesheet for printing.
Stripemania.com
Stripemania is a simple and free web 2.0 tool to create seamless diagonal stripes for your designs. You are able to choose the size of the stripes and the spacing between those. You can even add color gradient effect for all of your stripes.

Browsershots checks the compatibility of your code.

Kuler is an interesting site that creates color schemes.

PS: I saw a post of yours stating that code related tutorials are forthcoming. I cannot wait for those! I like your presentation style insofar as your tutorials (You break things down enough for even novice users to understand, yet you don’t “talk down” to us – awesome!) are concerned.
